The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a bus stop and a nice coffee shop just a block away. The rooms were okay but could use some cleaning. Service was decent, but they struggled with problem resolution. Overall, it's reasonable for the price, but some improvements are definitely needed.
The rooms were okay and just about reasonable value for money, but they really needed to have the walls and windows cleaned.
Service was quite good and helpful, but they really lacked in handling difficult situations due to poor training and unclear management policies.
